With well experienced managers, well trained detailers & modellers we can deliver High quality shop drawings with Precise Bill Of Quantities. In compliance to Standards AISC, NISD, BS & IS.
We provide G.A Drawings with adequate plans, sections and Elevations, Depending on the complexity at each stage of development of a building, Showing the overall relationship between the main elements and key dimensions With high level of detail and Precise Scale for greater Clarity.
It is common for minor or significant changes to be made during construction because of circumstances that emerge on site. As a result , it is essential to prepare As-Built drawings either during construction in progress or after completion to reflect the changes made and also for Record. With the mark-up changes from final construction, we deliver Precise As-Built drawings for Documentation and further development.
We provide PTE/TE (pre tender / tender estimate) for competitive bids on all types of projects without guess work in our estimation.
We also provide Cutting & Filling quantities from Survey Data’s, Quantity take-offs, BOQ Preparation and Material take-offs generated from 3D modelling software’s.
We are able to create pre-construction planning design data for diverse projects with 3D modelling soft wares. This level of interoperability provides obvious time and cost benefits also to view the impacts and to resolve the Clashes / conflicts based on this knowledge.
We provide BIM Modelling – Structures, also 4D Simulations & Extraction of 2D drawings from Models.
